Submit the availability request form or call dispatch directly. We need ZIP, dates, trailer size, temperature range, and power situation. If you're not sure, just describe the job — we've sized trailers for everything from elementary-school taco day to disaster-response cold chains.
You'll hear back from a person — same person who'll be coordinating your rental, not a sales handoff.
We confirm the rental
Our team reviews the details, checks fleet availability for your dates, confirms the right trailer setup (size, single vs dual zone, power), and locks in the schedule. You get a confirmation with pricing, delivery window, and driver contact — not a quote portal link.
If anything's a problem, we'll say so on the first reply. We'd rather flag a tight schedule up front than show up late.
We deliver and set up
Our driver shows up at the time we agreed, positions the trailer where you want it, levels it, and walks you through the controls. We bring fuel for the first 48 hours and a 50-foot 50A shore-power cable if you've got the receptacle.
Run it as long as you need
Daily, weekly, or monthly. The trailer holds your set temp until you tell us to come pick it up.
When you're done, text dispatch. Pickup is same-day on most schedules; next-day if we're in a different metro.
